(ICMEC) This report summarizes the proceedings of the 19 February 2009 conference Crossing Borders to Protect the Children of the World, held in Cairo, Egypt. The conference concluded with the issuance of the Cairo Declaration, a call to action to protect the rights of children throughout the world.
